Art Stays Here Too

Several works are permanently part of the space. These aren’t decorative additions, but thoughtfully selected presences that resonate with the apartment’s identity.

Currently, the collection includes pieces by artists such as Mattia Pajè, Andrea Kvass, Mattia Sugamiele, among others, key voices in today’s contemporary art scene. Their works inhabit the rooms discreetly, in a quiet but meaningful dialogue with the space.

The project is evolving. Artists are invited for a short residency. These are carefully selected stays, by invitation or application, offering a time to reflect, research and inhabit the apartment with artistic freedom.
